A survey has been designed for parents of children who participate in the Cycle Safe program, which aims to improve cycling safety, confidence, and preparedness for travelling to and from school. This short survey asks about your perceptions of your child’s cycling safety and readiness following the program. There are
Principals or designated leads are asked to complete a short Cycle Safe Implementation Team Survey to share their school’s experience with program application, delivery, and outcomes. The survey helps improve future programming by capturing successes, challenges, and impacts on students. It takes 10–15 minutes, is voluntary, and responses are anonymous.
