A survey has been designed for parents of children who participate in the Cycle Safe program, which aims to improve cycling safety, confidence, and preparedness for travelling to and from school. This short survey asks about your perceptions of your child’s cycling safety and readiness following the program. There are also a few questions to ask children about their experience participating in the project. This feedback will help us evaluate Cycle Safe and improve future programming to better support safe, healthy, and sustainable school travel. All responses are confidential and used for evaluation purposes only.
